Return Policy

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a return, please contact us. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item is damaged, defective, misprinted, or you received the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item and the problem

If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Items that have been worn, washed, used, or damaged after delivery

• Personalized or customized products

• Gift cards

• Items specifically marked as final sale

Because some Forager Society products are made to order, certain products may not be eligible for return due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

Items purchased during promotional sales are generally still covered by our standard return policy unless they are specifically marked as Final Sale.

Final Sale products and gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
